Drive-Up Access Storage
One of the advantages Box-n-Go storage units offer is that our storage containers can be loaded/unloaded and accessed at the ground level. Box-n-Go delivers its storage units anywhere in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Once delivered, the units are placed on the ground for ground level loading/unloading. So, Box-n-Go customers receive a Drive-Up Access Storage service with no extra cost.
Once the units are picked up for storage, they are stored inside the high security, centrally located, controlled warehouse. However, unlike most traditional storage facilities, we understand that sometimes you put things in storage that you may need to access. This is why we offer a FREE drive up storage access for our customers.
Drive-Up Access Storage Facilities
We are open 7 days per week. We just ask that you provide us with a 2-business hour notice before you come to access your storage units. Our position your storage units in a convenient and safe place either inside our warehousing facility or outside for easy drive up ground level storage access.
Please note that your account must be current or you may make a payment in certified funds when you arrive. Also, only a customer or a customer’s authorized agent may access the container. At the facility, a valid photo ID is required, and, please, do not forget your keys. When you are done, we will place your storage unit back inside our secure storage warehouse.
Drive up ground level storage access service is provided to all Box-n-Go customers at no charge. We simply ask that the appointment time scheduled at least 2-business hours in advance. If you have an urgent need to stop by our warehouse the same day or after hours, we can accommodate your request for a nominal charge. We have an off-duty personnel available to assist you during access. Box-n-Go works to your schedule.
We are open 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday (except for major holidays). You can access your belongings in storage during our normal storage warehouse business hours. Please do not forget to give us a 2-business hour notice before you come. The ground level drives up storage unit access is restricted to customers and persons listed on the account as authorized agents.
Final Words
If you want your unit(s) brought back to your house for home access, please call us to schedule the re-delivery. Fee for this service is based on your location zip code. Once you schedule a home access, your units will be delivered to your home address. We will place on the ground for convenient ground level loading/unloading/access.
